Al şaisprezecelea album de studio Iron Maiden se numeşte The Book of Souls, şi este primul dublu disc înregistrat de faimosul grup britanic. Programat să fie lansat pe 4 septembrie la Parlophone/ Sanctuary-BMG, discul a fost înregistrat la Guillame Tell Studios din Paris cu vechiul producător, Kevin Shirley.
